This contraption arrived Three days ago, it was assembled immediately by myself, under intense Scrutiny by the end user, (Tina, he is a boy cat that was named and chipped. Then we became aware of the mistake.) When the assembly was complete, about 5 minutes, it was put into service for about 10 minutes while the directions were ingested. Then it got a full charge and was placed back into service. Five minutes after that, the feather was severed. The loss of the feather did NOT diminish the excitement for his new toy. The battery ran down in about four hours; I plugged it back in and went to bed. He came in about 5:00 o'clock am and demanded we get up and then led us to the toy and made a fuss until we unplugged it and turned it on. Now, four days on, and it is still holding his interest. We have to make sure that it is charged before we go to bed, and it is set to one of the interactive modes, Pink or Yellow. Then we are good. He REALLY likes this toy.
