How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. US orders will take 5-8 business days to arrive. International deliveries can take anywhere from 5-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

HELP! I provided a wrong address. What can I do?

Now you should be quick. We can only change your shipping address before the package leaves our facility.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I return my product?

Can the Turbo Tail damage my furniture?

As long as your furniture is not made of cotton candy or clouds, no. :) The Turbo Tail is covered with a silicone skin that makes it soft.

How do I charge the Turbo Tail?

The Turbo Tail has an integrated USB-C port and comes with a USB-C cable. All you have to do is to connect the Turbo Tail to a socket, your phone, PC or laptop. You will never have to replace the battery.

Is the Turbo Tail loud?

While not completely silent, the Turbo Tail 2.0 operates very quietly thanks to its quiet electronics and soft silicone wheels.

Can my cat break the Turbo Tail?

No. As long as it doesn't involve a tiger or lion, it can't happen. The Turbo Tail is very sturdy built and has no visible screws. The tab that closes the USB port is fully embedded in the toy, so your cat can't bite it off.

Does the Turbo Tail need to be set up first?

No. When you receive the Turbo Tail, first fully charge it. Use the USB cable that comes with the toy. Then just press and hold the power button for a few seconds to activate the Turbo Tail. That's it.

What if my cat doesn't like the Turbo Tail?

If you are worried that your cat might not accept the Turbo Tail 2.0, don't worry. For those cases, there is our "Catisfaction Guarantee". How do I clean it?

How do I set it up?

How to Set Up Your Happy Hunter Kit

1. Open the Suction Lock:
Make sure the little lever or switch on the suction cup is flipped up so it's open and ready to stick.

2. Choose a Clean, Flat Spot:
Find a smooth, clean surface like a window, tile, or refrigerator door.

3.Push and Stick:
Press the suction cup firmly onto the surface, pushing out all the air until it feels really stuck.

4. Lock it Down:
Flip the lever or switch on the suction cup down to lock it in place.

5. Connect the Wire:
Slide the wire into the hole on the suction cup base. Make sure it goes all the way in and feels secure.

6. Attach the Bird:
Put the bird attachment onto the end of the wire.

7. Let the Fun Begin!
