So glad my cat is enjoying his new drinking fountain! He started using it right away, which was a huge relief. I was a little worried he might be hesitant at first. It's fantastic to see him drinking more water now. Definitely a good purchase for my furry friend!
Overall this is a very good waterer. My vet recommended it because of the health benefits of always having fresh water. My cats like drinking out of it, and they also enjoy watching it dump and refill. It’s easy to operate and fairly easy to clean, but the design is such that it’s difficult to clean the pointed corners of the reservoirs. The dirty water reservoir in particular has an area behind the float that is inaccessible for cleaning without tools and mold could grow in there. I had to buy a couple of long thin brushes to clean it with. Also, the small rubber feet on the bottom keep falling out and could be a choking hazard for children or animals. I need to glue them on. Overall I’m quite happy with this waterer, but it could use a couple minor design tweaks.

I have 2 adult cats, one 12week old kitten plus 2 senior chihuahuas. They all drink from fountain. I love it bc I don't run out of water so often. The kitten sits on top of water tank while he drinks. I've been unable to get a pic. He jumps off as soon as I get the phone's camera set. My timing just isn't right. At least they aren't out of water at 1am anymore! I used to have a metal water dish. The dogs would rattle it to wake me up when bowl was empty. Anyway, it's great for a multipet household. Definitely would recommend for multicat households. The one complaint I have is the tiny tray isn't filling up if empty before timer goes off. I "fixed" that by tinkering with amount dispensed and duration of timer. It still happens sometimes but not often.

This is my second purchase. Only issue is the water reservoir sits crooked. I don't have this issue with my first purchase. It is easy to use and I know my cats are always drinking clean water.
It was a great idea, I liked that it has no motor or filters. However, my cat would not go near it. He is more attracted to the bubbly, fresh sound of continuously flowing water. It also leaks everywhere if not 100% secured, and I found it difficult to keep together and or separate to refill.

Works as advertised. Quality is decent. As with all powered pet water dispensers, water system needs to be cleaned frequently to prevent mold, algae, bacteria buildup in the plumbing.

I bought it so that our cat would be hydrated when we were away for a few days to replace a rather cumbersome fountain that we previously used. The machine looks nice and feels solid and Boris likes it. We have left it in place for everyday use. Totally satisfied.
I was worried my two cats would not take to the fountain as their old one has "running" water. They were both curious when I showed it to them and I happy to say they are both drinking from it. It seems to last a long time on a single charge which is very nice. I haven't exactly figured out the settings yet and the on/off switch is not easy to access in my opinion but overall I am pretty happy with my purchase - and so it seems are the cats.
Cats love it. Easy to clean. Water bowl never gets nasty due to the quick dumping, and replenishing of water. Tried many automatic waterers, this is the only one that has remained for an entire year. Ended up buying two more once the 2.0 came out, along with 2 replacements for my current plastic bowls from earlier model.
Excellent for my cat's water intake. Theone change that would make the Aqua Bot perfect would be a much bigger waste water container that would last as long as the fresh water container. I have set it to cycle the minimum amount of water for the maximum time period, and it still fills up the waste water container well before the fresh water is half used.
